General Guidelines

1. Both rider and pillion must wear certified helmets at all times.
2. Wear proper ATGATT gear (All The Gear, All The Time) - jacket, gloves, pants, boots—even rain gear for unexpected weather. Applicable for both rider and pillion.
3. Check your bike thoroughly: brakes, tires, lights, fluids, throttle, etc., well before the ride
4. Fuel up before the ride starts—confirm a full tank
5. Carry the original and a photocopy of your driving licence and all vehicle documents.
6. Follow all traffic rules and regulations on the road.

Group Ride Discipline & Crew Coordination

1. Follow instructions from Ride Captain, Lead Marshals, and Tail Crew at all times.
2. Lead Marshal: Sets pace, navigation and safe overtakes. No rider should overtake the lead without permission.
3. Mid Marshals: Assist in blocking junctions, guiding formation, and supporting riders in the middle pack.
4. Tail Rider (Sweep): Ensures no rider is left behind and coordinates with crew in case of breakdowns or delays.
5. Maintain visual contact with the rider behind you — if they stop, slow down and inform marshals.
6. No sudden braking, aggressive overtakes, or unnecessary revving during group riding.
7. Use proper hand signals for stops, hazards, fuel, and slow-down alerts.
8. Respect regroup points — do not move until the lead marshal signals ride-out.
9. During hill climbs & descents, maintain engine braking and safe cornering discipline.
10. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before and during ride hours.
